Neal Woodson is a coach, teacher, mentor, writer, blogger, speaker, and self-proclaimed crusader on a mission to end the misery that infects so many lives in today's workplaces and customer spaces. He has 35 years of experience across a range of environments, including restaurants, retail, education, and over 20 years in the event technology sector of the hospitality space where he helps managers and line-level team members collaborate in driving a better customer experience. He has earned invitations to speak, teach, and coach in a multitude of settings with a variety of audiences from executives to warehouse workers to college students. His areas of expertise include customer and employee experience optimization, leadership development, culture change, coaching, and training.
