This is an analysis of the legal nature of crimes of abstract danger, which have been used in great profusion by the Brazilian legislature in recent times. These types of offence seek to protect diffuse legal assets, a circumstance that would, in theory, require preventive action by the Criminal Law. He has a degree in Social Sciences from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP/Marília), a degree in Law from Faculdades Integradas de Jaú (FIJ) and a master's degree in Political Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). He works as a Legal Prosecutor at the Bariri City Council (SP).
