Pastor Terry A. Smith (Foreword) has served as lead pastor of The Life Christian Church for more than twenty-one years. He is an author and cofounder of the New York City Leadership Center. Terry has been married to his wife, Sharon, for more than thirty years, and they have three adult children: Sumerr, Caleb, and Christian. Reverend Wanda M. Lundy (Introduction) is Assistant Professor of Mission Studies and Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program at New York Theological Seminary in New York City. She is an ordained minister of the Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church (USA).
