Improving the quality of education and training in Morocco is a critical issue, particularly at a time of educational expansion. ICTs programs can enhance the quality of education in several ways: by increasing learner motivation and engagement, facilitating the acquisition of basic skills, and enhancing teacher training. However, many high school teachers claim that simply putting computers into high schools and organizing one or two days of ICT training for teachers is not enough to impact students learning and teacher training. That said, specific applications of ICT can not only positively impact student knowledge, skills and attitudes, but teaching practices and school innovation as well.
