This is a research paper, of which the study had been conducted to see level of use of ICT among students in rural secondary school libraries in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. The study was conducted with the aim to identify the level of ICT usage and the utilization of the technology in the students' day-to-day activities. This study uses the quantitative method, with 400 students from 3 rural secondary schools in Klang as the respondents. In this study, a conceptual framework is developed by adapting several models from previous studies. The research methodology is discussed thoroughly in this paper. The reliability and validity of the data collection tool are stated. The data collected are analysed and all findings are discussed thoroughly by parts. Prior to the discussion, several recommendations are made to improve several aspects relating to the ICT use in rural secondary school libraries. With that, the study is closed with the re-construction of several hypotheses developed earlier.
