Focusing on public safety, the work seeks to understand the reality of this social right in Rio Grande do Norte and explore whether, in the face of an individualised situation and aware of the numbers of violence, it is possible for the judge to interfere in public policies in the name of efficiency in the Administration and, at the same time, maintain a proper synergy with the other Powers.
