The author was interested and has used a way to accomplish this using the Let Me Learn Process, essentially a frame of reference for the use of metacognition and learning patterns, to train teachers. The author was also able to apply what she had learnt in this area to her own practice as a music teacher. Examples of this practice are the basis of the author s thinking throughout this research.
