This research work was conducted in the Faculty of Education Sciences, in the Bachelor of Science in Education, saying that the Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) is rooted in real life behavior and not in theory or research, neurolinguistic programming is a system to prepare ("program"), systematically our mind (neuro), and make it communicate effectively what we think with what we do (linguistics), thus achieving congruence and effective communication through a strategy that focuses on human development, allows us to know the mental processes we use to encode information, and therefore our way of thinking and acting, in turn allowed us to understand how humans structure the individual experiences of life; generating the representation of an attitude of mind and a way of being in this world. Neurolinguistic programming is used in the classroom at all times because NLP is about how people succeed; how they manage to improve their lives to achieve their goals.
