The Islamic Republic of Iran, by pursuing the policy of diversification to its partners and allies in the foreign policy, seeks to attract other partners to increase political, economic, and cultural cooperation by strengthening public diplomacy using soft power to pave the way for new diplomatic relations, especially in Latin America.
