It is carried out a systematization of the theoretical elements that sustain it and that has the particularity of considering the dialectic relation between the formative logic and the logic of the teacher's preparation, which is valued as quite adequate by the surveyed experts and corroborated through its partial application in the Municipal University Branch of Baraguá, which evidenced its methodological scientific value by contributing to improve the levels of preparation, performance and motivation of the part-time teacher to take advantage of the potentialities of the computer as a means of teaching. It also has the conclusions and bibliography and the use of different methods and techniques for the diagnosis and evaluation of the proposal.
