The implementation of interdepartmental integrative mechanisms in the creation of a high-tech system for the rehabilitation of children with musculoskeletal disorders is outlined. Also, the main principles of rehabilitation of disabled children by means of technical means are selected, which are selected by specially trained medical and pedagogical workers of rehabilitation centers, specialized schools, with the participation of the parents and the adult environment of the disabled child. The high efficiency of methods of technical means of rehabilitation in children with disabilities is shown, their comparative evaluation is given on the final result - psychomotor development.
