From 2009 Daniel spent ten years working as a food technologist for the globally renowned chef, Jamie Oliver. He has worked tirelessly to help drive improvements to food systems all around the world. Daniel and Jamie both have a firm belief in the benefits of eating a largely plant based diet, both for human health and the health of our planet. Daniel and Gill Nowland run The Southsea Deli.
