The plot reaches a dramatic crescendo during the final battle for domination between Good and Evil.

Autorenporträt
G.S. Michelsen was born and raised in Norway, where people believe strongly in the supernatural. As a child her grandparents fascinated her with stories, which continue to inspire her writing to this day. She came to the U.S. in the mid-1960s and settled in Iowa. She earned her M.A. in Education from the University of Northern Iowa. She also took many courses in writing and English. For several years she worked as a teacher and a school counselor. She is the mother of two grown daughters (one is a veterinarian and one works with computers). She has four grandchildren. Today she lives on a hobby farm near Waterloo, Iowa, with her family, four dogs, a pony, and a goose.
