This study aims to describe the deficiencies and problems at the time of conducting virtual classes, also to know what were the options taken by young people to be in a virtual system, to know about the effectiveness of the virtual and face-to-face modality; as well as the solutions given on the deficiencies in virtual classes.The platforms to carry out virtual classes were evaluated by the teachers and therefore are the ones used by the students, it was possible to determine which ones are more efficient and which ones are less friendly.
