Dale L. Pilcher was born on May 23, 1960. He lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his daughter. He is a retired Texas Peace Officer and is the joint owner of a harp-making company. He plays the harp and composes music. The Voyage of the ELAD is Dale's first novel.
