The Concise Dictionary of Philosophy gives the following definition of "culture": "culture is a totality of material and spiritual values created by mankind in the process of its socio-historical labor practice". National culture, always reflects the peculiarities of mentality, character and spiritual values of each nation. The product of national culture is a reflection of basic values existing in the culture, reflects the mentality of bearers of culture, has regional (national) specificity, and is perceived differently by the inhabitants of different regions. This may be connected with the fact that people got more free time, as production was automated, more people moved to live in the cities, infrastructure and transport developed, which led to the wide availability of cinematography.
