The author's life-long interest in the human psyche led her to train as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist (UKCP Registered). Her deep interest in the work of Abraham Maslow led her to realise the discrepansies in the interpretation of his Hierachy of Needs eventually leading her to re-dress the balance on the true meaning and intent of his work.
