Lisa is a mum, wife and women's fiction author who heads up a publishing company in Western Australia. She was previously on the Board of Management for the Katharine Susannah Prichard (KSP) Writers' Centre, has facilitated a writing group there and hosted several publishing-related workshops. She also ran their publishing service, Wild Weed Press, for many years. Lisa is drawn to penning stories about life and loss with a dash of love sometimes thrown in for good measure. The Sunrise Girl is Lisa's debut women's fiction novel. Its sister book, The Sunset Girl, telling Em's story is still being written. She recently released a contemporary fiction novella, The Wash, which is available online through all major global book retailers.Lisa also has stories in Paw Prints of Love, a romance anthology published by Gumnut Press in 2020, Destination Romance and Passages, romance anthologies published by Serenity Press in 2018, and When Love Breaks Down, a novelette published by Serenity Press in 2019. When not writing or loitering around the Perth Hills, Lisa enjoys reading, travelling, music and drinking more wine than is good for her.
