Autorenporträt
Phil Ranieri is a 1977 graduate of California University, Pennsylvania, with a degree in environmental science. After which, he served the citizens of Pennsylvania as an inspector for the Department of Environmental Protection before retiring in 2007 to work for the city of Houston, Texas, in their drinking water operations. In 1994, Mr. Ranieri started the first early warning network in the United States for water suppliers, along the Monongahela River between Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
