Speaker, counselor, life coach and educator, Andriana Mantas has three decades of experience working in one-on-one psychotherapy, social services, and special education. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, Andriana worked in public service for seventeen years, facilitating the inclusion of people and families in their communities. There, she developed a keen interest in the human spirit, challenges, accomplishments, and celebrations.From her own experience with self-discovery, healing from childhood trauma, came her calling in psychotherapy. Andriana has personally experienced all the modalities she teaches, and her work focuses on helping others identify what is holding them back from living the life that they truly desire by identifying the way forward, beyond the pain of their past.Andriana is a member in good standing of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, and a graduate of Transformational Arts College of Spiritual and Holistic Training.
