The proposal of this research is related to ways that a retail company, finances its sales. Before, the most used means for financial transactions was the discounting of checks, bills, money orders, among other resources, now, a widely used mechanism is the credit card. The main objective of this study was to identify, in a medium-sized supermarket, the ways of financing sales and the expenses necessary for its implementation and maintenance.
