The topic of the book is the evaluation of public programs. I am submitting three papers on related topics concerning methodologies and practices. Olav A. Kvitastein is currently Associate Professor at Bergen University College, Bergen, Norway. He was born in Torvikbygd, Hardanger and received his masters degree from University of California at Santa Barbara and his PhD from the Norwegian School of Economics.
