Autorenporträt
Teresa McKenna was born in Ardwick, a poorer area of Greater Manchester, England, in 1932. Living a happy and healthy childhood until tragedy stuck in 1936 when Teresa was diagnosed with Infantile Paralysis or what we know now to be Polio Myelitis which led to a two and a half year stay in hospital. Throughout Teresa's life, she has overcome many medical adversities which has never allowed to hold her back. Teresa went on to marry the love of her life, Arthur, at twenty years old; a marriage that lasted almost fifty years whilst raising four children along the way.
