Greedy Traders devise a plan to sell illegal Whiskey to Plains Indians. A rebel brave called Storm Cloud, uses Whiskey to influence and control his rogue warriors. The wild young Chief sends his large War Party to attack homesteads, farms, and ranches, - to steal, kill, and destroy! Years before, the Indian Tribes signed a Peace Treaty with the Government. Storm Cloud wants to break the Peace and start a War! The War Party attack homes, towns, and a Wagon Train. Settlers and townsfolk are alarmed and terrified as fires burn across the Plains. The Ninjans capture Storm Cloud and present him to the Council of Chiefs for judgement. The Indian Chiefs decide to turn Storm Cloud over to the Government to account for his crimes. While transporting the rogue Chief, War Party braves set him free. Once again, death and destruction reign throughout the Plains. Storm Cloud and his warriors safely hide at the top of a Butte known as Sky Tower. The Army can only use limited Columns of soldiers, the accords of the Peace Treaty forbid the use of Howitzers and field Canon. Storm Cloud is beyond reach! The Ninjans secretly climb the tall rock tower, take Storm Cloud prisoner, and turn him over to the General and soldiers. The heartless warrior will face a Judge and receive the Ultimate Sentence. Meanwhile, unscrupulous Traders sell Whiskey to a small innocent Tribe. The results are devastating! The Ninjans are sent to restore and rebuild the little Tribe. The young braves who ran away from the different Tribes to join Storm Cloud, begin to return home. The Chiefs and Elders do not know how to handle them. Calls are sent out asking for help. Teams of Ninjans go to Indian Villages to mentor and give leadership. Over time, different Tribes send select braves to be trained by the Ninjans. The trainees become Ninjan Masters, and take their Martial Arts and Ninja skills to their own people. - This is the Dawn of a New Day!
