Michael Shay is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (economics), Fairfield University (American studies), and St. Louis University School of Law. He practiced law in Connecticut for thirty years before serving as a Superior Court Judge for fifteen years. He lives in Wilton, Connecticut.
