Chef Kayla Grantham is a classically trained chef with a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson and Wales University. After several years working in plant-based kitchens, she joined the Whole Health Club team to create the world's first gym with an onsite teaching kitchen. Kayla designed Whole Health Club's cooking curriculum and meal plans, helping clients regain their health and learn that healthy cooking can taste even better than their old go-to's. In 2019, Kayla accepted a position in the Culinary School at Johnson and Wales University and works daily to help aspiring chefs achieve their dreams.Cole Adam, RDN is a Registered Dietitian with a degree in nutrition science from the University of Wisconsin. An avid hiker, photographer, gardener, and cook, Cole shares his love of plant-based food and nutrition through his popular blog, Eat Wild Greens. Cole currently works in an intensive cardiac rehab program, counseling heart attack survivors and using lifestyle interventions to help patients reverse chronic disease.Austin Joseph is Whole Health Club's nutritionist and general manager. After graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, they helped design Whole Health Club's signature meal plan. This widely-praised plan has helped clients drop thousands of unwanted pounds and points on their cholesterol, and has allowed people to achieve goals they thought were far out of reach. A published fiction author and animal-lover, Austin can often be found working on a new book with a dog or cat on their lap.
