Autorenporträt
Jonathan Passmore is one of the UK's foremost leadership coaches with a wealth of private sector and academic experience. His prolific research, writing, consultancy, and worldwide speaking engagements have made him a recognized authority on coaching and organizational change. His many books and articles include the best-selling text Excellence in Coaching (2006). David Peterson is executive director of coaching and leadership at Google, Inc. A recognized pioneer in the field of executive coaching, he has a PhD. in industrial/organizational and counseling psychology. David has conducted ground-breaking research in leadership development and is the author of several best-selling books and many articles on the topic. Teresa Freire is Assistant Professor in the School of Psychology at the University of Minho, Portugal, where she coordinates research on positive psychology, leads the university's peer tutoring and coaching project and directs its Psychological Counseling Service. She has published widely, and is a management board committee member of the European Network for Positive Psychology (ENPP).
