Topics addressed include: * Using experiential learning models to design assessment frameworks for workplace learning * Measuring innovative thinking and acting skills as workplace-related professional competence * Assessing competency, strategic planning, and talent management for international businesses * Research and recommendations to bridge generational and cultural divides and address employee learning disabilities With its impressive breadth of coverage and focus on real&$45;world problem solving, this volume serves as a comprehensive tool for examining and improving practices in global workplace learning.
