Rob is a highly-regarded Leadership Development Consultant with a reputation for innovative workshop design and facilitation. He provides wide-ranging services in personal and executive coaching, individual and team development, and leadership learning. For 21 years a State High School Principal, Rob led many innovative programs and has always been passionate about leadership development in schools. Rob has written many articles and programs, and is the author of a forthcoming leadership book and a soon-to-be-published e-book on "The Window of Certainty". He presents complex research and leadership concepts in a way that makes them easily accessible to busy school leaders. Rob is an accredited Executive Coach, and an Instructor with the William Glasser Institute. He is also qualified as a facilitator of GENOS Emotional Intelligence assessments and of MBTI instruments and workshops.
