It's a beautiful thing when great ideas find a way to be practiced in everyday life. Often that requires some kind of structure-a framework-that holds people in activities which, over time, create habits that contribute to the outcomes they desire. The Entrepreneurial Operating System¿ (EOS) is one such framework that helps leaders achieve their business vision. In the spiritual formation world we call that kind of structure a Rule of Life. A Rule of Life is a set of spiritual rhythms that help us grow closer to God. Often these practices provide space for us to recognize and respond to God in our daily life. Through the centuries Christians have used practices of prayer, Bible reading, meditation, personal reflection, fasting, gathering in community, etc., as a framework to regularly engage with God. The similarity between EOS and a spiritual Rule of Life inspired this book for Christians who want to engage with God while also using EOS in their organization. Through the EOS implementation process and its accountability structure of weekly, quarterly, and annual check-points, The With-God Workstyle helps Christians see how they can leverage EOS to create new habits of connecting with God on the job. This workbook was created to guide them in that process.
