Now Wolf must navigate the world of Vampires, werewolves and monsters, living undetected among the humans. Adding to his otherworldly problems, Wolf has been given his first murder investigation for the Police Department. A woman has been bludgeoned to death and her only son, Isaac is now orphaned. As the pressure to make something happens with either case begins to take its toll, Wolf has little choice but to accept an offer of help from one of the most powerful Vampires in the city.
