The fall of the Berlin Wall had nevertheless raised great hopes for peace in the world.Armed conflicts continue to occur worldwide, causing humanitarian horrors, destabilizing entire regions and provoking the immigration of populations, massive violations of human rights, untold suffering to civilian populations, including the majority of women and children and infrastructure destruction. Climate change threatens the environmental, economic and social stability of the planet. This situation requires an urgent solution.This work shows that Women are an effective alternative to the world governance, to face this global challenges, of which the definitive abolition of armed conflicts, the definitive opening of borders, the free movement of populations and the ban of the international transport of raw materials, to fight against climate change.

L'auteur est Ingénieur en Aéronautique, Docteur Ph/D avec une longue expérience dans  maintenance aéronefs. De ses recherches sur les émissions des oxydes d¿azote (NOx) des réacteurs d'avion, plusieurs articles et deux livres ont été publiés. Il a enseigné la propulsion et l'Aérodynamique à l¿Ecole d¿Ingénieurs. Il est Colonel Air retraité.
