A collection of tales of women I loved and lost; carefully put together over the last decade. A celebration of the divine and earthly femininity. Prayers thanking all my warriors and magical beings. Women that crossed my path and honoured me with their presence, that empowered and inspired me: my mother, my friends, my lovers and partners, my soulmates, my patients and the little lady selling saffron in Marrakesh. Some women broke me, some mended me, but all made me the woman I am today.

Autorenporträt
""Barbara Wojtowicz was born in Jaworzno, Poland in 1986. She then moved to London at the age of 20 where she studied Arts and Humanities at Birkbeck. Her work is an observation of her every day, queer life. Her accounts of interactions with people are honest and blunt but amusing. She loves getting lost in big cities, vintage markets, and spending time with her chosen family. She despises marmite, the calibre of people that support the All Lives Matter movement, and dark, winter months.""
