Mulford graduated magna cum laude from Brown University and earned his doctorate at Cornell. He helped design and launch Regent's School of Business as a founding faculty member in 1982. Since his appointment as Dean in 1990, the School of Business has seen the student population climb from 44 to 250 students. A former senior economist and vice president at First Interstate Bank of California, Mulford's past experience includes management of a regional economic forecasting group. He has also conducted research at the Rand Corporation on government housing policy, a subject which prompted his writing of numerous articles and monographs. Mulford has authored several other published works on topics of business from a Christian perspective. Bruce E. Winston, M.B.A., M.A. Assistant Professor. Regent University School of Business Winston received a B.A. in psychology from the University of Alaska and a B.S. in printing management and technology at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He earned masters degrees at Regent University in both communication and business administration and is pursuing a Ph.D. at Virginia Commonwealth University. A 14-year veteran of the printing industry, Winston served as CEO of a mid-sized printing company and marketing manager/quality improvement advisor for a large printing company. In addition to his present service as assistant professor in the Regent School of Business, Winston is also the logistics manager for the business branch of the Distance Education Program. He has written several published works, including three textbooks used in the Regent University School of Business.
