Captain Mike has been running successful businesses for most of his working life, from signing up to his first business in 1979 at age 21, offering mechanical and aeronautical design services, through to starting up an AutoDesk dealership in 1989 at age 34. Then at age 45, Captain Mike set his sights on turning his passion for flying into a thriving helicopter tourism business.Over the years, he has made an art of forging the impossible when it comes to carving out business success. This approach has resulted in winning a range of national and local business sales, tourism and customer service awards.Each endeavour relied heavily on empowering his team to deliver superior customer service, with a lot of tongue-in-cheek humour along the way.This book is a compilation of some of the hundreds of one liners he inflicted on the team and his wife and family over the years
