This work aims to analyse the World Bank document entitled "Learning for All: A 2020 Strategy for Education" and the induction of the private sector in education. It is of interest, for the purposes of the study, to analyse the WB proposals for action on privatisation. The aforementioned document, released in 2011, presents a "new strategy" for the education area with proposed actions for the next 10 years. The new strategy provides for three fields of action, involving: a field called knowledge (evaluation of learning, impact assessment and implementation of evaluation system with tools for benchmarking); another of technical and financial support (technical support system, multisectoral approach, results-based financing) and, finally, a field called strategic partnerships (with UN agencies, community donors, private sector and civil society organizations).
