It is of interest, for the purposes of the study, to analyse the WB proposals for action on privatisation. The aforementioned document, released in 2011, presents a "new strategy" for the education area with proposed actions for the next 10 years. The new strategy provides for three fields of action, involving: a field called knowledge (evaluation of learning, impact assessment and implementation of evaluation system with tools for benchmarking); another of technical and financial support (technical support system, multisectoral approach, results-based financing) and, finally, a field called strategic partnerships (with UN agencies, community donors, private sector and civil society organizations).
