Subsequently, a revolving door of rapacious owners and management would destroy the railroad from within by fraud and deceit.

James Krause is a retired Certified Fraud Examiner and as such, he is well versed in uncovering fraud and explaining such in everyday terms. Krause is the former Director of Internal Audit and Investigations at a major insurance company in Cincinnati and has taught Auditing and Fraud Examination at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
