Catherine O'Leary is professor of Spanish at the University of St Andrews. She is the author of The Theatre of Antonio Buero Vallejo: Ideology, Politics and Censorship. Michael Thompson is professor of Hispanic studies at Durham University and the author of Performing Spanishness: History, Cultural Identity and Censorship in the Theatre of José María Rodríguez Méndez.
