Wayne Powers received a degree of Creative Writing from The University of South Carolina studying with William Price Fox and James Dickey. If he's not cutting hair at his eponymous salon and painting studio, you can find him looking for exotic plants, watching wonderful movies, or playing with his two dogs, Sophie and Sadie. He lives with Louis, his partner of 26 years and is working on the second installment in the Ladies Auxiliary Mystery Series: Thelma Rue and The Bridesmaid Last Dance, which will be coming out early 2025.
