Major General (retired) Hon. Univ.-Prof. Dr. Pöcher Harald graduated from the military academy and studied economics at the University of Vienna. He completed his habilitation in military sciences/defense economics at the Defense University in Budapest.He is an honorary university professor at the University of Public Services in Budapest.
