Rosemary O. Igbo (PhD) is a Professor of Adult and Non-formal Education at the Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike, Nigeria. Eddiefloyd M. Igbo (PhD) is a Professor of Sociology at the Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai, Nigeria.
