Since economics is a social science, there is no clear and definite method with which we can compare the theories of different schools and choose one of them as the best. Sociological, political, cultural and ideological factors also influence us when we study and compare the theories. The subject of economics is so broad and complex that any one of the schools cannot explain everything perfectly. Thus, they should be seen as a complementary rather than rival.
