Alexander Konstantinovich Pavlov, Deputy Director for Economic Development, teacher of history and social studies at Lyceum No. 265, postgraduate of the Institute of Pedagogical Education and Adult Education of the RAO, St. Petersburg. He was awarded the Lomonosov Medal. Author of 20 scientific articles and 2 monographs.
