Mr.Dingxiang ZOU was a Senior Blasting Consultant for China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Ltd. before his retirement in 2013. He received his Master degree from the Mining Engineering Department of the Northeastern University, China. He is the author of 2 books and was the owner of 4 Key Projects of Science and Technical Research by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, China. He is a member of: The Hong Kong Institute of Engineers (HKIE) since 1999.3.  The Standing Council of China Society of Engineering Blasting (CSEB), since 1998.11. The European Federation of Explosives Engineer, since 2007. The International Society of Explosives Engineers (ISEE) since 1992.8.   The World Mining-Tech Society (WMS) since 1987.11. The Institute of Quarrying (IOQ), Hong Kong Branch, since 1992.1.
