Kulmamyrov S.A. was born in 1956 in the village of Koram, Almaty region, Republic of Kazakhstan. From 1980 until now, he has been working at national universities of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is author of more than 100 works and 10 monographs, dozens of scientific articles.
