Habil Hamidov was born on October 30, 1949 in Azerbaijan. He got high education and in 1992, was a student for a candidate degree at the Azerbaijan State University of Languages, after completing his education in 1994, he received a scientific degree Ph.D. in Pedagogical Sciences on the Theory, History and Methodology of Education.
