This book enable to provide therapeutic management of PD.a chronic progressive neurological disease chiefly of later life that is linked to decreased dopamine production in the substantia nigra and is marked especially by tremor of resting muscles, rigidity, slowness of movement, impaired balance, and a shuffling gait.Postural instability is one of the cardinal features of PD and may be difficult to treat optimally with pharmacology. Postural instability and reduced balance lead to falls, reduced mobility and increased disability. Increasing evidence points to the effective of physiotherapy interventions for improving balance.
