This book intend to provide treatment of shoulder injuries among volley ball players.Effectiveness of modified sleeper stretch with strengthening exercise to reduce pain and increase the internal rotation of shoulder joint among volleyball players". The volleyball players need pain free and muscular strength for their playing games. The stretching and strengthening exercise for high school male volleyball players is important to maintain healthy body and it will improve the playing level.The modified sleeper stretch with strengthening exercise in individual with limited pain and shoulder internal rotation ROM appears to be more effective than no stretching in control without internal rotational asymmetry to improve shoulder internal rotation ROM.
