She has dedicated her life to-ward practicing what she preaches and supports her clients on theirjourneys toward mind, body, and spirit wholeness in the integrativephysical therapy and therapeutic yoga practices that she shares.Nydia is an experienced yoga educator and international presenteron Therapeutic Yoga Lifestyle practices.
