Nasosinus polyposis is a chronic inflammation of the nasosinus cavities, requiring tailored, personalized management. Treatment is based primarily on intranasal corticosteroids, which reduce inflammation and polyp size, while improving symptoms such as nasal congestion and loss of smell. In the event of severe flare-ups, temporary recourse to systemic corticosteroids may be considered, although their use should be limited due to side effects. If symptoms persist despite medical treatment, endoscopic endonasal surgery can remove polyps, restore sinus ventilation and improve the administration of local corticosteroids. For severe or refractory forms, biotherapies, notably monoclonal antibodies, target the underlying inflammatory mechanisms and offer promising results. Finally, long-term follow-up, combining topical treatments, management of aggravating factors and management of comorbidities, is crucial to prevent recurrences and sustainably improve patients' quality of life.
